We offer all guests breakfast (daily) and lunch (monday to saturday) prepared by our incredible chefs, Jesús y Biniza. Dinner service is also available at an additional cost. Our team are more than happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions.
La Gema is the only villa in Puerto that does not require guests to pay for the cost of food. It’s on us.
Herbs from the ground, Oaxacan spices, freshly caught seafood from trusted local fisherman: our talented chefs know how to make the most of our special surroundings.
Whenever the kitchen is not in use by our team the kitchen is available to guests to create their own culinary magic.
